All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.

We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). Though, we keep 90% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. These products might delay your order. We are pleased to say, 95% of orders are delivered within 2 business days from the date of order.

We package our products in boxes. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.
